Mystery Box Terms

The Ikaa Mystery Box is a surprise: our curator picks what goes inside, and you find out when you open it. These terms apply to every Mystery Box order, together with our Terms & Conditions.
What's in the box
- Price: ₹999, inclusive of GST.
- Contents: 3 pieces of jewellery, picked by our curator.
- You don't choose: the pieces, and their style, colour and individual value, are our curator's choice, not yours. We can't tell you what's inside before you open it.
Exchanges
Because you don't choose what's inside, we don't exchange a piece for being different from what you hoped for. We will exchange if:
- a piece arrives damaged or defective, or
- your box has fewer than 3 pieces, or
- you received someone else's parcel.
To ask for an exchange, message us on WhatsApp on +91 88051 00535 with your order number and an unboxing video, within 7 days of delivery. You can also email them to ikaajewellery@gmail.com. The unboxing video should be unedited and start before the parcel is opened, and show the problem clearly. Without it, we can't accept the request.
We don't offer an exchange for not liking a piece, its colour, its style or its value.
Returns and refunds
We don't accept returns on the Mystery Box, and there are no refunds for a change of mind. Where a refund does apply, for example if you cancel before dispatch, it follows our Cancellation Policy.
