"We", "us" and "Ikaa" in these terms all mean the seller above.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, save pieces and shop for yourself or as a gift. Please don't misuse the site: don't try to get around its security, overload it, copy it in bulk, or place orders in someone else's name without their permission.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or older to place an order. If you're under 18, please order with a parent or guardian.

Our pieces

Our jewellery is German silver, or American Diamond (AD) stones with a silver or gold plating. It is not solid silver or solid gold.

We photograph every piece as truthfully as we can, but lighting and screens differ, so the colour or finish you see may vary slightly from the piece in your hand.

Caring for plated jewellery: plating is a thin layer, so keep your pieces away from water, perfume, lotions and sweat, put them on last and take them off first, and store them dry in a pouch or box. With everyday wear, plating softens over time. Our care guide has more.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping is shown separately in your cart before you pay; see our Shipping Policy.

Orders and payment

  • When you check out, we verify your phone number with a one-time code.
  • Your order is confirmed only once we've received your payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by PayU. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on PayU's page; we never see or store your card details.
  • Occasionally we may have to cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or was shown at the wrong price. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and cancellation

Our content

The photos, videos, text, logo and branding on this website belong to Ikaa. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing a link to a piece is always welcome.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the terms in place when you placed your order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Satara, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Grievance Officer

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. See our Grievance Redressal policy.
