We want your piece to reach you quickly and safely. Here's how shipping works at Ikaa.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat ₹69 on orders below ₹999.

Shipping is worked out on the value of the pieces in your cart, before any coupon, and you'll always see it before you pay.

Where we deliver

We ship across India with India Post. Enter your pincode at checkout and we'll tell you straight away whether we can deliver there.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: we pack and dispatch your order within 2–3 days of you placing it.
• Delivery: it usually reaches you 3–7 working days after dispatch.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.

Pick up from our Satara lounge

Live nearby? You can collect your order from our lounge in Satara, with no shipping charge. Please message us on WhatsApp on +91 88051 00535 to confirm before you come, so we can make sure your order is ready for you.

Paying for your order

All orders are prepaid: we don't offer cash on delivery at the moment. You pay securely online through PayU, our payment partner.
